Monthly Coaching consist of a 1st day assessment and discussion on goals, whether its weight loss , increased mobility and or strength
2 one on one coaching sessions a week
2 Non coaching day program where client works on a specific program that improves lagging and weaker areas
8 sessions per month
Program based on assessment from first month session
Messaging via whats app and email private consultations
Monitoring meals via email or whats app messaging ( we are not nutritionist, just for transparency)
